I found myself at the Alfa Romeo dealership in Caen (Biéville-Beuville) and fell in love with the Alfa Junior. I asked Mr. Fontaine for information, and he answered all my questions with a smile. I ended up buying the car, and in the few kilometers I've driven so far, I'm really happy with it. The options aren't superfluous; they're very useful, and the safety features are excellent. I recommend the dealership for its cleanliness and service. So don't hesitate to visit and ask for Mr. Fontaine.

Living in Haute-Savoie, we came to Normandy, to Bernières-sur-Mer, last week for a short family break. However, we encountered a problem with our Alfa Romeo Giulia (an excellent and very beautiful car) on the motorway on the way there. The problem was simply due to human error by our garage during the pre-departure service. Coming from Haute-Savoie, we were in Caen early Saturday afternoon. We went directly to the dealership. Although the workshop was closed, a salesman (Julien) very kindly took care of us and gave us the mobile number of the workshop manager (Pierrick), whom we called on his behalf Monday morning at 8:00 AM. We couldn't risk driving the 800 km back to Haute-Savoie with this problem (the risk of engine damage). The workshop manager understood our concern perfectly and arranged for the vehicle to be taken care of quickly (the next day). This allowed us to return to Haute-Savoie without any problems two days later. On the day I picked up the vehicle, I was also very warmly received and taken care of by Alexandre. The vehicle was even returned to me washed. In short, the staff were competent, friendly, and professional, and they greatly contributed to making our stay in Normandy enjoyable despite this mechanical issue. A big thank you to them!

Purchased an Alfa Romeo Junior electric car: 11 months later, the car broke down (screen frozen, no GPS, no phone, none of the sensors worked...). During the mandatory one-year check-up (which cost €170 to change a pollen filter), they were unable to repair my car because they didn't know what the problem was. The Socadia dealership asked us to leave our car for 15 days... "We'll lend you a car!" Oh, and what a car: an Alfa Romeo instead of a beat-up, dirty Fiat 500! And to top it all off, they asked me to insure their car (which is normal), but on top of that, they demanded a €3,000 security deposit! It's a disgrace. Neither the manager nor the director has any business sense; the only thing they care about is your money! They treat customers like idiots, telling us it's the same everywhere! Your response to this comment is nothing but managerial drivel! The result is that you don't know what's wrong with my car. Your inspection after less than a year is excessive: the customer ends up with a bill listing several items, including interior/exterior cleaning, which wasn't done properly that day (your manager's response: "But that's not charged!"; the person at the counter's response: "I keep telling them!"). So how can I be sure the rest is done correctly?! As for the deposits, they're required for rentals, and I don't believe I've rented from you! My contract stipulates that you provide a loaner car, yet you're taking a deposit. Even my insurer, with whom I insured your car, finds this excessive. Is he incompetent too, or are your services simply inadequate? Based on the comments regarding your customer service, I'm more inclined to believe the second explanation.
