The quality was excellent, but the butcher's cut was rather small. This might be worth reconsidering to better meet customer expectations.

What a fantastic discovery! For just €29, we had a three-course menu with several choices for each course, and every single dish was outstanding. The flavors were incredibly refined and creative, with combinations that kept surprising us in the best possible way. Everything was beautifully prepared and simply melted in the mouth. We also tried some local drinks and interesting fusions, which made the experience even more memorable. The value for money is exceptional. Just 10 minutes from the city center, this place was one of the highlights of our trip. Judging by the number of locals, it’s clearly well loved, and I believe it’s an absolute must for visitors who want to experience the elegance and subtlety of French cuisine. 10/10. We would come back without hesitation.

We booked this restaurant on a whim and frankly, we were really surprised 😋. The place is very nice and beautifully decorated. The menu is simple, which means fresh ingredients prepared by a chef who perfectly masters culinary techniques, and the prices are reasonable. The new team is young and very professional. My recommendation: the rice pudding for dessert is amazing, and the homemade fries are delicious too. As you can see, it's an excellent place.

I tried the evening service for two and I was blown away. First of all, it was supposed to be closed, but we were able to go in, so the atmosphere was peaceful. As for the food, I had the full menu with a delicious starter; I highly recommend the cromesquis. For the main course, the very generous langoustine risotto was absolutely divine. For dessert, they all featured seasonal ingredients. I had a modern twist on lemon tart with a homemade cat's tongue cookie. The wine selection was also excellent. All this to say, you can go there without hesitation. The full evening menu is €29, and for two people, with a glass of wine each and water, we paid €80.

The dishes were beautifully presented, allowing the different flavors to shine through throughout. The service was excellent, with no rush, and the welcome was warm both upon arrival and by phone when we made the reservation. This was a place we hadn't yet discovered in Caen, and despite having tried quite a few restaurants, we highly recommend it. We were all very satisfied.
