Appalling service. The sandwich was served cold and, as a solution, they threw it away to make a new one: a real waste. No sense of customer service whatsoever, no attempt at customer support. Very disappointed, I won't be back.

I'm leaving this review after more than three years of frequenting this Quick, as a student living nearby. Even though it's a fast-food restaurant, the staff stands out for their welcoming attitude, attentiveness, and the little touches that make all the difference. Recently, something was missing from my order during a busy period. When I went back to explain, they offered a discount, and it's exactly this kind of thoughtfulness that makes you want to come back. A convenient and pleasant place that makes meals with friends, at sporting events, or simply for everyday enjoyment easy. Thank you to the team for their professionalism and hospitality. I just ordered a giga giant meal for over 15 euros and when I got home... surprise! A tiny giant with just one steak... It's pathetic 😞

I always use the drive-thru to please my wife; otherwise, I'd never come. Today, I arrived at 7:00 PM, and there was only one car in front of me. The intercom wasn't working properly at all; I could barely hear, and the server wasn't very helpful. It took 25 minutes to be served, just for a sandwich that wasn't ready. As a result, everything else was cold, and the ice cream had completely melted. As usual, I checked the order because every time, there's a mistake or something missing. Today was okay; they were just missing a medium rustic fry. In short, the service and wait were appalling, as always. It shouldn't just be about the taste; everything else matters a lot too. I just hope that one day my wife will stop liking it so I don't have to put up with this chore anymore.

A quickie!

I waited 15 minutes at the drive-thru for an incomplete order. I went inside to complain and saw the state of the kitchen: fries and burgers squashed on the floor, a pitiful state... I was told that the man taking my order hadn't heard me and was redirected to the self-service kiosks. A disgrace.

Sorry, this was one of my first experiences. There was a blatant lack of staff; they told us they were understaffed, which we understand. An Uber Eats order was supposedly stolen. My order was brought out fairly quickly, I waited at the counter, and 30 minutes later, I received cold fries. When I got home, my drink was dripping with water. Sorry. No thanks. After a day driving a bus with my husband, the evening was so-so. They didn't have enough sauces. Really disappointed.
