Perfect! The customer service is top-notch.

We loved this place. As soon as we arrived, a very friendly young woman explained the concept to us. Excellent value for money! We'll be back, and a special mention goes to the focaccia nocciolata.

Too expensive for what it is. The only difference between the pesto pasta I make at home and Vita Nova's is the price. €10.90 for fairly basic pasta is a bit excessive. I was expecting a bit more flavor. Perhaps I just made the wrong choice.

The servers were super friendly! The pasta was delicious! And the dessert was a real treat!

First, I want to clarify that the food was very good, no problem there. However, we came for lunch and the two young employees there were LOVELY. They took the time to explain everything to us, chat, and even laugh with us. They were quite young, and we ate there; everything was fine UNTIL the manager—or boss, I don't know—decided to come back to work after sipping her coffee and (barely arrived) started berating her employees. The restaurant is small, so needless to say, the atmosphere quickly soured. The way she spoke to her employees, who ARE the ones working, is unacceptable. Being unpleasant to them out loud in front of customers is disrespectful to your colleagues. Show them some respect; they're the ones who keep your business running, madam.

The welcome was as good as the meal, a great team, we were right to stop by, my stomach has found a new best friend!
