Extremely disappointed!!! Not worth the price at all!!!

Highly recommended! We went to discover the new team at La Ferme Saint-Hubert as soon as it opened. The signature dish on the €52 menu immediately reminded us of Gilles Poudras's signature touch: that famous revisited hamburger that made a lasting impression on those who followed him at L'As de Trèfle, Le Manoir d'Hastings, and then L'Échoppe by Chef Poudras. A chef I particularly appreciate for his generous cuisine, his precise taste, and the quality of his dishes. We were pleasantly surprised by this young team. The portions are quite reasonable, the ingredients are high-quality, and the homemade aspect is evident on the plate. The service was sometimes a little slow, but you also have to give a new team time to find its feet. Being patient and understanding is part of the pleasure of discovering a new establishment. Special mention goes to the small, refreshing salad, invigorating and invigorating, enhanced by a delicious touch of grapefruit that perfectly whets the appetite for what's to come. As for the tarte Tatin, it too demonstrates true skill and a mastery of the classics. Let's give these young people a chance to prove themselves. They have talent, ambition, and deserve great success. We wish them all the best in this new venture.

It's sad to see you move on to new horizons after so many wonderful, peaceful, and delicious memories in this beautiful place. It's where we had lunch more than 10 years ago with my parents, sister, and niece after our grandmother passed away. The place was so peaceful and welcoming. Wishing you all the best, with all my heart.

We called in at 12.00 to see if they could fit us in (2 people, no reservation) and they did. We were in the terrace and what a beautiful setting. We went for the cheaper price set menu and it was marvellous. Terrine to start with a pork and salmon for our mains and tarte tatin and profiteroles for dessert. Also a glass of Rose and copious amounts of bread. Absolutely wonderful but would probably recommend you book to make sure you get in. Great friendly service too. Thank you
