A huge thank you to Sarah and Dana for their help in making my sandwich. As a novice, they took the time to advise me and serve me with kindness and friendliness, all in good spirits (despite the intense heat). I highly recommend this restaurant and the professionalism of the staff. It deserves to be highlighted! 👌

The toilets aren't cleaned enough because they're dirty and no one cleans them after customers. The tables are the same, whether it's the Hérouville location or other Subway restaurants. They talk about hygiene, but the first thing they should be doing is cleaning the tables and the toilets!

Very disappointed. While my sandwich was being prepared, a fly landed right on it in front of my eyes. I pointed it out to the employee, but her only response was, "Flies don't stay long." Despite this, she continued preparing the sandwich without replacing the ingredients or remaking it. I found this reaction unprofessional and, above all, disrespectful of hygiene standards. A truly unpleasant experience.

Very professional and very good. I come practically every Friday evening. An extra comment for the employee Dana, who is on probation; I didn't know this when I complimented her on her bread cutting and work!

Thank you to the waitresses who, at my request, each chose the ingredients for my two 15-cent subs. One was very soft, like the feeling of a hug, and the other more adventurous, with its diverse ingredients, a bit like a countryside hike and its varied landscapes.

The two young girls who were there were very smiley and friendly, thank you to them!

We came for lunch today, and had a great time at this Subway. The value for money is excellent. The sandwiches are good and plentiful. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is welcoming, making you want to come back. Thanks to the three young women who were there today!

My mother and I had a great time; it was quick, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. The atmosphere was pleasant, especially with the two young women who prepared our sandwiches (a tall woman with glasses who was very smiley, and a woman with colored hair who gave us great advice). However, we were a little disappointed with the checkout process. We got the impression that the cashier didn't want to help us or even work with her colleagues. She "escaped" as soon as she could to chat with other customers. I hope she learns about teamwork and will hide her lack of motivation in the future.

I ate well, but the atmosphere was rather cold. The waitress wasn't very pleasant or smiling; she had blue hair.

It's become very expensive for what is mostly bread and raw vegetables! The meat portion is too small, and there's far too little of it for the entire sandwich. The same goes for the cheese—a measly four slices! It's truly shameful. Prices have gone up, but the portions have gone down. It's a pity because the concept is brilliant.
