After a week without air conditioning, with a single fly accompanying my meal, today it's an army of flies. Furthermore, the mop and sponge seem to have long since disappeared from this establishment, judging by the state of the surfaces: they're slippery and sticky at the same time; the staff had to fetch paper towels from the restrooms to comply with my request to clean the table. Bring cleaning wipes for the table and your shoe soles when you leave, or failing that, a cup of hot tea to clean it yourself! Good luck

Whether you eat in, take away, or get it delivered, something is always missing. Receiving only a quarter of your order from Uber and then blaming Uber is a pretty poor management style. At least try to question your own work and professionalism.

At 11 PM on a Saturday, most of the doors were closed, but we still managed to find an entrance, only to find all the tablets turned off and unable to order, even though they advertised a 2 AM closing time. Unacceptable.

Toilets haven’t been cleaned for a long time. Flies inside and in the toilets. Stuff looks friendly and service was ok. Cleaning should be improved.

Greasy floors covered in trash. It's like being at an ice rink. The outdoor patio is extremely dirty and never cleaned. Avoid this McDonald's.

I have never seen such appalling service. We came as a family, and the height of incompetence was reached: our children were served well before us. As a result, we received our orders more than 15 minutes after them. They had already finished their meals while we were still waiting for ours. Where is the logic in serving children without their parents? Faced with this unacceptable situation, I asked for some kind of compensation. No one responded. So I went back to a manager, who simply told me to return to my seat, promising that I would receive an answer. We waited… in vain. No one ever came. We left without the slightest explanation, without an apology, and without the slightest sign of consideration. The lack of professionalism, the complete absence of communication, and the blatant contempt for customers are simply outrageous. Making a family wait like this is already unacceptable, but then ignoring the customer when they ask for an explanation is even worse. A deplorable experience from beginning to end. If customer service has become an option at this establishment, it's time to seriously reconsider your priorities.

€26 solo order. I asked for a deluxe sauce, which they tried to charge me for despite my €26 order. The outdoor table wasn't clean and had insects. I asked for a burger without tomatoes, and of course, it had some, so I had to exchange it just because they refused to give me the sauces. In short, a bad experience.

Even the delivery was a disgusting nightmare! I didn't even get my Big Mac, and it's not the first time I've called. They told me to contact Uber Eats, lol. I'm wasting my money.
