What can I say? Avoid at all costs! Our table wasn't ready and hadn't been cleared, and there was no bread (the waiter told us they were out). Only one of the three plates we ordered arrived, and after a long wait, the food was cold. The service was deplorable. Wouldn't it have been better if the waiters had a smile? And to top it all off, when it came time to pay the bill, there was no "How are you? Did you have a good time?" or "Did everything go well?" Nothing, just the receipt and the amount to pay. This is a budget restaurant; we thought we were at Flunch, and even then, the food is better there.

The terrace was nearly empty; we should have wondered why. The waiter was incompetent, unfriendly, and unmotivated. He took forever to clear the table, the plates weren't served at the same time, there were no spoons, no bread, and the portion of mussels was disappointingly small and served lukewarm. Overall, a disappointing experience.

A good experience, generous portions. A little disappointed with the dessert, but overall the food was good and the staff were pleasant.

A must-try if you're visiting Ouistreham! Very good food and welcoming service.

We heard the owner judging the people who passed by, spoiled bavette steak, when we pointed it out we were offered a dessert, thrown on the table by the owner, luckily the waitresses were smiling and were very good.

We arrived, and after being seated, the table was cleared 30 minutes later. After 45 minutes, we finally received cutlery, which we had to ask for. We complained, and they offered us a Coke to apologize. They didn't bring me back the can; instead, they took my glass from the kitchen, put something in it (I don't know what), and brought it back—without ice, of course. After almost an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting for four courses—three mussels and a burger—the food finally arrived, in two batches, and it was cold. Tables arrived after us, and we were served much later. The man at the table next to us wiped the table with a tissue because it was dirty. At the table opposite, a couple and two children were served. The woman and one child received their dishes, while the man and the other child were served more than 30 minutes later when the man complained. Another table waited 45 minutes for their mussels, which weren't very generous with the portion, either. I want to thank the new guy who did his best and kept apologizing, but as for the rest, it's really not a place I would recommend.

So, how can I put it? The welcome was unpleasant, the staff incompetent and unprofessional, the hygiene deplorable (they petted customers' dogs and served the food afterward), the 33cl drinks listed on the menu were served in 25cl glasses instead of sealed bottles (illegal and theft), the cashier was rude, impolite, and haughty (she has no business being in that profession), the waiters were sleepy, the food wasn't cooked properly (burnt burger buns and raw fries), and the toilets were dirty. Avoid this place at all costs. One star is already too much.

Excellent service from Florine; we were warmly welcomed and served promptly. The main courses and desserts were generous; we will definitely be back!

Unlike the restaurant next door, we received a very warm welcome, and the waitstaff were very attentive and helpful. We were served very quickly. As for the food, the starters and main courses were quite good.

Don't go there!!! Unpleasant staff, very long wait to be served, lukewarm drinks with no bubbles when they arrive at the table… in short, nothing is right.

I strongly advise against going there; the wait was long. The service was disorganized, with several servers at the same table—a complete mess. As for the food, don't even get me started. A nightmare in the kitchen—they could have gone home! They didn't bring us the correct order but wouldn't take our plates away (what's served must be paid for). It's unbelievable! And my son's dessert, a sugar crepe, was simply inedible (tasted stale), but he was supposed to eat it. 😁 We looked for a hidden camera! Meanwhile, we had a good laugh with our neighbors who had arrived before us and were still waiting for their food when we left. All this chaos just to pay €99 and be hungry as soon as we left, and the owner was furious.

I strongly advise against going there. We arrived and the crepe wasn't even cooked. We had asked for no mushrooms, but they put mushrooms in. We went to pay and tried to get a refund for the crepe and the goat cheese with mushrooms. We spoke to the receptionist, and the woman was incredibly rude and aggressive. Frankly, there was one very nice woman who apologized several times. The owner is a real clown. Then we asked for a pitcher of water, which we only received at the end of our meal. Our plates arrived cold, and people who arrived before us waited over an hour for their food, even though there weren't many people there.

The service was impeccable, unlike the food, which could be greatly improved.
