Stop with clients during a Paris-Caen transfer with #bookingparistransfer...for €450 in a van

Upon arrival, we were served by the manager, who was extremely unfriendly. Furthermore, they didn't accept card payments under €10. And to top it all off, the ice cream was €3.50 and tiny. The place wasn't clean. The only positive point was the location.

Ludo Snack is a must-visit when I come to Ouistreham. I love eating near the sea; the food is simple and quick. The service is fast, just a stone's throw from my daughter's house and a stone's throw from the sea. I come back several times a year because it's like a pagoda, but always there in the summer and so unpretentious. See you very soon in two weeks. Michelle

Avoid at all costs - Absolutely no service 45-minute wait to be served 2 mussels marinière and a plate of chicken nuggets and fries... The mussels were packaged in cardboard boxes, and the fries were frozen. No child seat/cushion/booster seat. No alternative offered (just bring your own... that was the response we received). The waitress made inappropriate comments. This establishment is not suitable for families. Poor quality food, nonexistent service; the only positive memory of this place is its location.

Hello, I'm giving one star for the waitress's politeness. As for the rest, today there was no sea view, and they closed the entrance at 6:45 PM. With the heatwave, it wasn't very hot, just a breeze, but elderly people who wanted to come in and have a sandwich were refused service at the entrance, even though they're supposed to be open until 7:30 PM. They're making fun of people. Frankly, I won't be going back, and I only had drinks.

One star just for being open on March 22nd. I was very disappointed with my experience at this snack bar. From the moment we arrived, there were no clear instructions: we didn't know whether to sit on the terrace or order at the counter. A waitress, who was eating, told us to sit down while her colleague completely ignored us… the result: an interminable wait before we could even order, and this was in the off-season, so you can imagine what it's like in the summer… I even had to get up to go find someone. The service was just as disorganized after that: the coffees arrived quickly, as did two crepes… mine was supposed to follow, but it ended up being forgotten. After a long wait, I had to ask for it, and the response was, "I wasn't the one who took the order"—frankly, a poor excuse. The same thing happened with the glasses of water I ordered, which I had to call again. And even though my crepe had barely arrived, we were already being rushed to pay, with a very poor level of courtesy. It's a shame, but we really felt like we were bothering them from beginning to end. The service needs a complete overhaul: organization, professionalism, and customer relations. I do not recommend it.

Delicious crepes, the coffee a bit weak, but the service was friendly. They were a little disorganized with the order of service when it was busy. 😉 But we got to enjoy the sun longer. 👍

Great value little snack bar on the beach looks like husband and wife great service.
