I had the pleasure of tasting the famous Paris-Brest from this beautiful establishment, renowned for its unparalleled reputation in the lovely town of Ranville. From the very first bite, what can I say… I'm speechless… I want to thank Mr. Droulon, who transported me back to my childhood and offered me, for the duration of this treat, a truly unique and special moment.

It's a high-quality bakery and pastry shop. You'll be welcomed by the bubbly and humorous owner. The bread is excellent, and so are the pastries. I highly recommend it!

I bought some apple and apricot tarts today, but unfortunately they weren't fresh; the puff pastry was soggy, and the pastries weren't fresh, but the price certainly reflects that.

September 2024: Excellent pastries, the group loved them! June 2023: I've been going to this bakery for several years now during the D-Day commemorations. The bread is good, and so are the cakes. You just have to be careful about how well-done they are, as not everyone likes them overcooked.
