The state of this restaurant is disastrous; it's truly filthy, the floors are sticky, the tables are never cleaned, the bins are overflowing, and the sink for disposing of liquids is clogged. It's frankly disgusting, there's no other word for it. Furthermore, many items are not offered (crocmcdo, non-vegetarian nuggets, etc.).

It's a McDonald's. It is clean.

The drive was way too long!

I bought a sundae for €3 and received it in a tiny 16cl McCafé cup! Not even full! My refund request was refused! And the employees behind me had the nerve to laugh in my face! I completely understand the 3.2 out of 5 stars, and frankly, you should be proud of it because you deserve less, and you even deserve to be shut down!

Worst McDonald’s ever been. Serving time very long even if theres not lot of people. Ready food stand on table waiting to be served long time and everything is cold when u get it. U get wrong majoneses etc…

I'm a regular customer at this McDonald's; I live nearby and I'm usually never disappointed. But tonight, there's a major hygiene issue to report: an impressive ant nest right at the entrance, and another one under my table, with an ant even climbing on me during my meal. This needs to be addressed immediately; it's really not what I'm used to at your restaurant.

It seems too complicated to place an order for just two sandwiches correctly in this restaurant.

A 30-minute wait for just one Happy Meal with no one else there is unacceptable.

Worst McDonald's on the planet. Every time I've gone, I've waited ages, it's insane, a complete disaster.

We were a larger group. The food was edible but average. Two of the ordering machines were out of order. The waiter, to put it mildly, took his time delivering the order. The restroom seemed to be a fight for survival, not for relieving the need.
