Pizzas ordered via the app (€40) arrived after a 9km drive on a Saturday night at 10 PM, only to find the machine out of order. The provided phone number wasn't working, and no one was responding on Messenger either. After waiting 25 minutes, we left without our prepaid order! We expect compensation and will certainly leave another review regarding the handling of this incident.
